All compounds sold on this site are intended strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and we do not provide dosing, administration, or therapeutic guidance of any kind.
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water via sublimation under vacuum rather than heat evaporation. During the freezing stage, the solution is cooled to typically −40 °C to −50 °C or lower; during primary drying, bulk ice is sublimated under high vacuum, usually 50–200 mTorr; and during secondary drying, residual bound water is desorbed with shelf temperatures often raised to 20–40 °C. The process targets residual moisture commonly below 1–3% and supports long-term chemical, structural, and pH stability.
Every product undergoes aseptic vialing, controlled freeze-drying, primary testing, and distribution at our facility in Orange County, California. Orders also ship from that same facility, so your product never passes through a third-party warehouse or international customs. No intermediates or finished products are sourced or processed overseas.
Orders placed on business days typically leave our facility within 48–72 hours. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Yes. Every lot is tested twice — primary characterization in California, then independent verification at Freedom Diagnostics — documenting identity, purity percentage, quantitative assay, heavy metals screening, and conformity testing. COAs are linked on product pages and searchable by lot number.
Prior to shipment, lots are lyophilized, hermetically sealed, and stored under temperature-controlled conditions consistent with American manufacturing standards. On receipt, lyophilized peptides should be stored per product instructions — generally frozen and protected from light until reconstitution.
Buyers must be at least 21 years old and represent that they are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research. We do not sell for human consumption, self-administration, or clinical use.
Because of the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has shipped. We accept claims for verified shipping errors, in-transit damage, or lots failing to match published COAs. See Terms & Conditions for full details.
Regulations vary by state and compound. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm that purchasing, possessing, and using a compound is lawful in their jurisdiction before ordering.
