USAlpha Peptides was founded to close a gap we kept running into ourselves: it’s genuinely difficult to know what’s actually in a vial when it’s manufactured by an unverified overseas supplier, tested — if tested at all — by that same manufacturer, and passed through multiple customs handoffs before it reaches a bench. We built USAlpha Peptides to remove every one of those variables by keeping the entire process in-house, on American soil.
All peptide products undergo controlled lyophilization and aseptic vialing at our facility in Orange County, California. Each lot is subjected to primary analytical characterization in California laboratories, followed by independent confirmatory testing at Freedom Diagnostics. Manufacturing, analytical release, and distribution are performed exclusively from a single domestic facility under continuous chain-of-custody control, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. No intermediates or finished products are manufactured or sourced from non-U.S. locations.
We source our products exclusively from American-based manufacturers and have every batch independently tested in the United States for purity and identity. The full results are documented in the Certificate of Analysis that accompanies each product, so you can see exactly what’s in the vial.
My goal is simple: bring the same level of scientific rigor and transparency I expect for myself and my family to the research compounds I offer.
Peptides are formulated, solid-matrix frozen, and sublimated under vacuum in Orange County, California.

Manufacturing, testing, and shipping occur under one continuous chain of custody.
Secondary drying reduces residual moisture to a commonly targeted level of <1–3%, supporting stability across research applications.
Every vial is lyophilized and hermetically sealed to American manufacturing standards, then individually weighed and labeled with its lot number.
Our Orange County facility is registered with the FDA as a manufacturing establishment. That registration is real and verifiable — but it is not the same thing as FDA approval. The FDA has not evaluated or approved any product sold on this site for human use, and we don’t claim otherwise. What facility registration does tell you is that our manufacturing operation is a known, on-record entity operating on U.S. soil — not an anonymous overseas supplier.
A Certificate of Analysis is only as trustworthy as the facility and chain of custody behind it. When a peptide is manufactured overseas, tested — if at all — by its own maker, and passed through several unregulated intermediaries before reaching a U.S. buyer, there’s no independent check on what’s actually in the vial. Keeping manufacturing, testing, and fulfillment inside one American facility closes that gap for every order we ship.
